Dopamine Dressing

The Wonder Sheet only comes in 1 colour, 'Ecru', a creamy beige colour, as you know. Its neutral, it goes with everything but a little on the boring side isn't it.

Bright colours cheer us up, especially when we are wearing them. What colours have you been wearing lately? 

All these natural disasters around us have been making me feel really sad.

I was reading the paper on the weekend and came across this article that mentioned 'Dopamine Dressing'.

I realised I was dressing how I was feeling and wearing alot of darker colours. Subconsciously I was thinking it's unfair to be happy when there are so many Australians, our land and the animals suffering from these bushfires. 

So this week I have made a conscious effort to bring colour back into my wardrobe; one piece a day - a skirt, a bag, even a pair of earrings or a cute brooch.

A colour injection to brighten up my day, lift my mood and hopefully put a smile on the faces of those around me.
